Angelo is renowned for his unwavering and hands-on approach to assisting clients in every aspect of their business. His understanding and ability to relate to clients is the true strength Angelo brings to each relationship.

As a Partner at ABA Partners, Gerrad works closely with a diverse range of clients across many industries, with particular experience in construction, transport, trades, and cyber security. He leads the firm with a clear focus on providing clients with a solid landing place, one where they feel supported, understood and confident about their next steps.

As a Chartered Accountant, Gerrad brings together strong technical capability and a highly practical mindset. Beyond his compliance expertise, he plays a key advisory role for a wide range of businesses acting as an external CFO partner helping with tax planning, structuring, asset protection, strategic planning, and broader business operations.

What truly sets Gerrad apart is how he works with people. A strong communicator who values trust and long-term relationships, he’s known for his ability to empathise with clients at every level. He enjoys helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes, while continually improving how things are done by embracing technology, refining processes, and finding better, smarter ways to operate. Working across different aspects of business is what keeps the role energising and rewarding.

Building a positive environment is a strong value held by Gerrad, and many years involved in team-based sports has shaped a strong work ethic and a grounded approach to life and leadership. The values formed during that time, such as working hard, giving your best and taking pride in your work, continue to guide how he leads the firm and supports clients today.

Outside of work, Gerrad enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys travelling and getting outdoors for a walk, valuing balance and perspective alongside a busy professional life.

As a Partner at ABA Partners, Nathan works closely with small to medium-sized and family-owned businesses, building long-term relationships where he can genuinely add value beyond the numbers. He is deeply involved in client tax planning, research, and business advisory, supporting clients through budgeting, monthly management performance reporting, business sales, and structuring decisions.

With a strong academic foundation and as a Chartered Accountant, Nathan brings both technical depth and real-world insight to his role.

He works alongside business owners to understand how their businesses truly operate helping them make informed decisions, identify opportunities, and navigate challenges as they grow.

What drives Nathan is working directly with clients and treating their businesses as if they were his own. While tax and technical work form part of the role, what truly motivates him is client success. Helping people through difficult periods, providing clarity, and being a steady presence as trusted advice is needed. Ongoing conversations, trust, and long-term partnerships are at the heart of how he leads the firm.

His appreciation for business began early, growing up working in his father’s butcher shop, where he saw first-hand what it takes to run a business. Early in his career, he worked across a wide range of businesses as a bookkeeper and relief CFO, experiences that gave him a deep understanding of the inner workings of a business beyond an external tax accountant role.

Outside of work, Nathan is a family man with broad interests. He enjoys soccer and barbeques with family and friends.
